THE TACHYMETRIC SCALE
The Cosmograph Daytona is equipped with a tachymeter bezel, three chronograph sub-dials, and chronograph pushers, specifically designed as a timing tool for endurance racing drivers. The bezel features a tachymeter, allowing drivers to read the average speed over a specific distance based on the time elapsed.

BLACK DIAL

This model features a black dial with snailed counters, gold applique hour markers and hands with a Chromalight display, a highly-legible luminescent material. The central sweep seconds hand allows an accurate reading of 1/8 second, while the two counters on the dial display the lapsed time in hours and minutes. Drivers can accurately map out their track times and tactics without fail.

Oyster Bracelet

The Oyster bracelet is robust and comfortable, blending style, functionality, aesthetics, and technology. It features the Oysterlock safety clasp, designed to prevent accidental opening, as well as Rolex’s exclusive Easylink extension system.
